We are first in integrity. We do only what is best for our customers. We do not trust the opinions of audiophile magazines, who are often compensated for positive reviews. We listen and test extensively for ourselves.
We understand that there must be synergy between components, your environment and your ears. It is for this reason that we provide in-home demonstrations, a service that is unique to Primus.

Your experience at Primus does not begin and end at our front door. To earn the right to call ourselves first, we realize the need to go beyond. For those customers who wish for in-home consultation, we are more than happy to visit your home and provide some helpful tips and suggestions. Complete installation of all systems is available and we promise to provide ex- pedient service should the rare need occur. We also encourage in-home auditions of any equipment prior to purchase.
